Most people see noise. I see structure.

I’m Nitin — fast mover, systems thinker, occasional builder of things nobody asked for.

By day, I work in account management across EMEA, on an afternoon shift from Delhi. The job title says sales. What I actually do is sit inside a client’s problems, find the structure underneath them, and figure out what actually moves things forward. Strategy first, relationship second, the deal is whatever falls out of doing both right.

The rest of the time, I build things: AI-native tools that make complex work simpler, small ventures that probably shouldn’t exist yet somehow do, and the occasional comic book universe because why not.

This site is where I write about the patterns underneath things — fatherhood, systems, building, and the occasional detour into geopolitics and how the world actually works versus how it’s described.

I’m not chasing an audience. I’m documenting how I think, in public, as a kind of permanent record — partly for myself, partly for my son, partly for anyone who finds the signal useful.
